Winter Balm Making Workshop

Come and enjoy learning about using essential oils to support the immune system, throughout the winter months. Make and take home a vapour rub; invaluable for soothing coughs & congestion that can interfere with getting a good night’s sleep. We’ll also make nourishing & protective lip balms. 

The workshop is lead by Jo Peace, qualified Aromatherapist. We'll be using Neal's Yard Essential Oils as well as organic, plant based carriers. 

There will also be tea and cake!
