Our intention for this series is to work with the elements that also align with your chakras and body system; to energetically clear any blockages with sound; moving from the base (earth) all the way up to our crown (spirit). 

Whether you’ve joined us before or are new to our magic, this is your chance to enjoy 90 blissful minutes of sacred sound, gentle guidance, and deep energetic clearing and alignment, where the focus is solely on YOU!!! What to bring:
❄ Cosy socks; yoga mat and your favourite pillow to get extra snug
❄ Journal and a pen to capture any insights
❄ Water
❄ An optional offering for the Altar (to absorb the frequencies and take them home with you) i.e. Crystals, Jewellery, etc
