This meditation session is for you if you want to connect with your emotions and release tension and negativity, rest your mind, gain clarity and peace, and connect with your essence, your individual truth, to reconnect with your meaning and purpose.

When we are connected with what we feel and want, we feel in control and empowered. In this practice, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with your individual truth, beyond all the influences we constantly receive from the outside world.

• Welcome and introduction: 30 minutes of welcome, introduction, and introduction to the meditation

• Drum meditation: 30 minutes of practice.

• Integration: Sharing after the practice about the experiences. Questions.

The meditation will be held at our Ashram in Woluwe Saint Pierre. It's a space designed for meditation and introspection. The venue radiates harmony and peace, and the neighborhood is quiet, making it ideal for these gatherings. Upon registration, you will receive all the information about the location via email.

We are Monika & Pablo, Inner Spark. We are part of an international school of Yoga, Tantra, and Shamanism led by Master Northern Deer Alexander. 

All our knowledge of these traditions comes from direct transmission from our Master, through teachings and practices. 

We now dedicate ourselves to adapting this knowledge for modern times, making it understandable and applicable for enhancing life experiences and successfully navigating the spiritual development adventure.
