The Sacred Polarity Workshop: Masculine and Feminine Reunited

This workshop is aimed at those who want to understand and absorb the fundamental qualities of feminine and masculine energies for:

• Feeling complete and free expressing the qualities of your gender.
• Easily and naturally attracting a compatible partner.
• Reactivating polarity and passion in a loving relationship.

Do you want to understand what are the intrinsic qualities of your gender?

Do you want to know ways to express these qualities in this world in a healthy and integrated way?

And above all, do you want to identify what are the internal obstacles, blockages, or fears that make us REPRESS the natural expression of our gender?

From an existential point of view, masculine and feminine energy represent two opposite aspects of creation that, when combined in a balanced way, manifest the whole. We all need to reach that internal balance between Yin and Yang, and one of the means that this world offers us is the intimate relationship with our partners or lovers.

Understanding this dynamic will open the doors to healing and personal growth. And allow us to enjoy the adventure of life accompanied and sharing.

Agenda

This workshop has 4 parts:

1. Feminine archetype vs Masculine archetype. We will learn the fundamental qualities of the genders, how to express them, how to allow them, and what limiting mechanisms block them.

2. Practice of reconnection with your gender. Self-inquiry, free expression, and connection with the group.

3. Drum meditation to absorb the experience and reconnect with the inner guide.

4. Integration, final discussion, and closing.

There will be breaks, with tea and snacks. There may be slight changes to the agenda to adapt to the participants and the needs that arise during the process.

Venue

The workshop will take place at our Ashram in Woluwe Saint Pierre. It's a space conditioned for meditation and introspection, serving as our home and a meeting center for our events.

The home is filled with harmony and peace, and the neighborhood is quiet and ideal for these gatherings.

About us

We are Monika & Pablo, Inner Spark. We belong to an international school of Yoga, Tantra, and Shamanism led by a Master, Northern Deer Alexander, who was educated by Shamans in Siberia.

All our knowledge about this tradition has been acquired through direct transmission from our Master with teachings and practices.

We now dedicate ourselves to adapting this knowledge to modern times so that everyone can understand and use it to enhance their life experience and successfully navigate the wonderful adventure of spiritual development.

Specifics

For the event, all you need to bring is comfortable clothing. We provide everything else.

The theoretical part of the workshop will be recorded and sent to you as a teaching resource.
