As the day winds down, gather with friends along Tyrrel Lake to savor the beauty of Innisfree Garden in the peak of fall and great local beer from Slow Fox Farm. Owners Matt and Miranda Mobley will pour several of their beers and discuss the approach they take as farmers and brewers. A lakeside tent will be ready in case of rain.

Slow Fox Farm and Brewery employs sustainable, regenerative farming practices. This 52-acre site in Rhinebeck, New York, is comprised of a brewery, farm market and tasting room, no-till vegetable operation, pick-your-own flower field, and a small herd of Scottish Highland cattle. Matt and Miranda Mobley met in New York City working in farm-to-table restaurants. They bring their combined passions and backgrounds in brewing, food, agriculture, art, education, and community building to running their operation. All of their beer is brewed on site using ingredients that, to the greatest extent possible, are sustainably and locally produced.

You may order wood-fired pizza to enjoy with your beer. Forno Rosso will be making these on site; pre-orders are strongly suggested. Gluten-free options must be ordered in advance.
