In this engaging taster session, we’ll begin to explore the concept of privilege and its significant impact on our lives and interactions. Through thoughtful discussions and reflective exercises, participants will develop a deeper awareness of how privilege operates in society, often in ways we may not consciously notice.

You’ll consider the various forms of privilege, such as race, gender, socio-economic status, and more and how they shape our perspectives and opportunities. We’ll also discuss the responsibility that comes with recognising privilege and how you can use this awareness to promote equity and inclusion in both your personal and professional lives.

By the end of this session, you’ll have gained valuable insights and tools to help you acknowledge privilege, challenge inequalities, and contribute positively to a more just and inclusive society.
