This powerful event is being held at the iconic Lee Valley VeloPark and will officially launch our Ride 2 Inspire charity cycle from London to Lincolnshire. This uniquely special event will provide the chance to meet and be inspired by a team of pro and amateur Athletes, TV Personalities, Adventurers, Authors, and Inspiring Leaders as we deliver powerful leadership events and entertainment in target locations on route.

All in aid of the Inspiring Leadership Foundation charity - helping change the lives of the most disadvantaged, vulnerable, and at risk communities across the UK.

Terms and Conditions for the Ride to Inspire Launch Event at the Velodrome

1. Event Overview

The Ride 2 Inspire Launch Event (the “Event”) is part of Inspire Live and is organised by the Inspiring Collective in aid of the Inspiring Leadership Foundation, a charitable entity dedicated to empowering individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Event is intended to promote the organisation while providing an engaging and inspiring experience for all attendees.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) are entered into between each attendee (“attendee”, “you”) and the Organiser. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

3. Ticket Sales & Refund Policy

• All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except as provided under Section 4.

• Tickets must be purchased directly from the Organiser. Tickets obtained from third-party resellers will not be honoured.

• The resale or attempted resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

• The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, location, line-up, or any other aspect of the Event as necessary.

• If the Event is cancelled, we will aim to schedule a new date and where this is not possible, refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law.

• In the event of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances), the Organiser reserves the right to reschedule or modify the Event without liability.
  

5. Participation & Safety

• Where the Event involves cycling and other physical activities, attendees participate at their own risk.

• You acknowledge that cycling carries inherent risks, and you must take reasonable precautions, including wearing appropriate safety gear.

• Helmets are mandatory for all cycling activities. Guidance and safety will be provided by the Velodrome cycling team and/or the Organising team “Discover Adventures”.

• The Organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
  

6. Accessibility

• We are committed to ensuring the Event is accessible for all attendees.

• The venues are wheelchair accessible, and reasonable accommodations will be made upon request.

• Please contact us at least 14 days in advance if you require specific accommodations.

7. Liability

• The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or personal injury sustained at the Event, except where caused by negligence or a breach of statutory duty.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and property.

8. Photography & Media Consent

• By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed, and you grant the Organiser and affiliated partners the right to use such media for promotional, commercial, or informational purposes.

• If you do not wish to be included in media coverage, please notify the Organiser in advance.

9. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all instructions from Event staff.

• Any behaviour deemed unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate may result in removal from the Event without refund.

10. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons of any kind

• Fireworks, flares, or pyrotechnics

• Alcohol and illegal substances

• Large banners or signs with offensive content

• Any item deemed dangerous by Event staff
  

11. Security & Bag Check

• Attendees may be subject to bag checks upon entry.

• Failure to comply with security checks may result in denial of entry without refund.
  

12. Amendments to T&Cs

• We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs if necessary.

• Any updates will be posted on our website. If material changes affect your rights, you may be entitled to a refund or ticket exchange.
  

13. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the Event shall be resolved under these laws.
