The IEP are delighted to be hosting our first IEP Australia Fellows Dinner at Sala, Sydney.

Opened in November 2022, Sala is located on the waterfront within the historic Jones Bay Wharf. The restaurant specialises in Italian flavours and Mediterranean seafood. Once translated, Sala, means Room in Italian. The venue in turn believes that diners are visiting their 'room' and not their restaurant, ensuring each visit is memorable and unique.
