Manage tickets

We are very excited to announce our Summer Makers and Bakers Event held at Instow Village Hall. A market for local arts, crafts, jewellery, makers, bakers and crafters! There are two types of tickets as we noted some people are more suited to wall spaces if you need extra height for your stands. You’ll be able to choose your exact position on the day - please only select a wall table if you need the height.
Please note due to demand, we are limiting tables to only 1 per person - please do not buy multiple tables.

DETAILS:

Tables - Tables are approximately 180x75cm. We will set up a table and chair for each of you, but please bring your own table coverings. If you are bringing a friend with you, bear in mind space is limited and we may only be able to provide one chair. You might want to think about bringing some business cards or postcards to give out as well. We’ll allocate tables on the day.

Set up - The market starts at 9.30am, but you can set up from 8.00am that morning. If we can set up the night before we will let you know. We close at 3.30pm, please do stay to the end and don't pack up before 3.30pm. Please note the ferry is running from Appledore this day.

Parking - There is no parking directly next to the hall, so please drop off as quickly as you can, then park. The Commodore Hotel will hopefully be allowing traders to park again in the bottom right hand car park. Alternatively New road is opposite the top of Quay Lane, and it is free parking all along the right hand side.

Money - You’ll be taking the money for your own sales, so it’s up to you if you want to take cash or invest in a card reader that attaches to an app on your phone eg: squareup.com/gb/en/hardware/reader. It costs £16 to buy the reader (available online or at Argos etc), then transaction fees are around 1.75% for each transaction.

Wifi - We’ll let you know the wifi code on the day.

Cafe - We’ll be serving tea, coffee and cake and lunches all day at the front of the hall - all profits go to the Save the hall fund.

Raffle - To help us raise money for Instow Village Hall we would love traders to donate one small item from your stall so we can make up a gorgeous artisan hamper to raffle on the day. I'll collect items in the morning when you set up.
