Stand With Us on September 14
Join Intact Global and supporters from across Oregon and the country as we gather for a pivotal hearing in Hadachek v. Oregon, a landmark constitutional case seeking equal legal protection for all children.
The State of Oregon has asked the court to dismiss the case before trial. This hearing is a critical step in determining whether the case will move forward.
Your presence matters. A full courtroom demonstrates that support for children's bodily autonomy and equal protection is broad, diverse, and growing.
