Join us for an insightful evening on woodland creation and biodiversity. You'll hear from by Colin Edwards, FLS Environment Manager and dive into best practices for selecting sites, choosing key species, and integrating open habitats to enhance biodiversity. We'll discuss effective approaches to creating and managing woodland habitats that maximize ecological benefits, with real-life examples from land managers dedicated to conservation.

Our hosts, Richard Lockett of Knockbain Farm, Dingwall, and Phil Knott of Wildlife Croft, Skye, will share their hands-on experiences. In addition, representatives from Scottish Forestry, the Woodland Trust, and Butterfly Conservation Scotland will be present to offer insights and answer questions.
