A gathering place for expert guidance and meaningful connection.

Events list

The Integrative Health Speaker Series is a bi-monthly, in-person event focused on women’s health. Founded by Beverly Mazza, BSN, RN, NC-BC, the series brings together expert voices in integrative and functional medicine to share practice tools, fresh perspectives, and real conversations about whole-person care.

Events are held Wednesday evenings from 6:30–8:30 PM, at Congregation B'nai Shalom in Westborough, MA 01581.

In addition to live gatherings, the series also includes virtual Speaker Spotlight Sessions, offering focused education on key women’s health topics in an accessible online format [coming in 2026].

The series is an extension of Beverly’s work at Purely Present Health, her nurse-led integrative telehealth practice specializing in prediabetes, metabolic health, and weight support for women in perimenopause. Blending nursing expertise, functional medicine, nutrition, mindfulness, and continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data, Beverly helps clients improve blood sugar, manage weight, and restore whole-body balance.
