What to expect: Throughout the workshop, participants will take part in conversation, case studies, experiential practice, and reflection. The focus is on building a deeper understanding of ethical supervision and strengthening skills that translate into daily work. By the end of the training, providers will have more clarity and confidence to meet ethical challenges, support sound decision-making, and hold ethical standards of care in their supervisory roles.

We use a community-centered sliding scale (adapted from Worts & Cunning) to keep the training accessible while honoring the labor that goes into it. The scale relies on honesty, respect, and accountability. She founded Intentional Path Counseling to create learning spaces that feel warm, inclusive, and genuinely engaging.
