Brainspotting: An Introduction
Brainspotting: An Introduction
What to expect: Brainspotting is a body-based therapy developed by Dr. David Grand. It uses eye position to access where trauma is held. You will be introduced to where it came from, how it is thought to work, and what a session looks like. You will also see a live demonstration. By the end, you'll have a sense of what pursuing Brainspotting would involve.
Who this is for: Therapists, counselors, and social workers who are curious about Brainspotting and want a clear picture before committing to full training.
Phase 1 training is the next step if you would like to go further."
Breakfast and 3 general CEUs included
Registration: $105.00 - $145.00 + tax
We use a community-centered sliding scale (adapted from Worts & Cunning) to keep the training accessible while honoring the labor that goes into it. The scale relies on honesty, respect, and accountability. Please choose the rate that reflects your financial access. Paying more when you are able helps subsidize participation for others, keeps spots open for those with fewer resources, and supports the sustainability of these workshops.
