Working from a healing-centered, somatic lens, we will practice grounding, supporting co-regulation, and staying present while uncertainty is in the room. Expect case examples, guided practice, and time to consider how this fits your own way of working.

• Use grounding techniques to support your own and your client’s regulation in moments of distress
• Bring healing-centered strategies into your work to foster co-regulation
