Participants learn practical facilitation tools and techniques for leading cross-functional discussions, building alignment, navigating challenges, and driving clearer decisions and next steps throughout the project lifecycle.
Designed specifically for project-based work, this highly interactive program focuses on helping participants facilitate common project meetings such as project launches, status updates, issue identification, stakeholder discussions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
