The CIOB AI Journey: Live Series
A first for the membership sector: we're taking you inside a live AI transformation.
Four live and in-person sessions. One real blueprint for AI transformation.
For the very first time, you're not just hearing about AI change - you're watching it happen in real time. Across the series you'll follow the Chartered Institute of Building's AI implementation at every stage: the progress, the setbacks, and the lessons learned. Strategic readiness and governance. Technology selection and change management. Live deployment, and everything still being figured out along the way.
Every session is hands-on. Come ready to think, contribute, and leave with something you can act on immediately. By session four, you won't just have watched an AI transformation happen, you'll have built your own alongside it.
Who it's for
Grounded in the membership sector, but built to travel. Whatever sector you're in, you'll leave with tools you can use.
- CEOs, COOs and Directors responsible for digital transformation or organisational strategy
- Heads of Technology, IT Directors and Digital Leads overseeing AI or automation programmes
- Membership directors and operations leads whose teams will be directly affected
- HR and workforce planning leads working out what AI means for their people
- Governance and compliance leads weighing the strategic and risk implications
The level sits at strategy and application rather than deep technical detail. You don't need to be technical to get value.
What every session gives you
- A working framework you built yourself, ready to apply the moment you leave
- An honest picture of where CIOB's transformation stands — what's working and what isn't
- Practical tools you can put to work immediately
- A practical guide to take back to your desk
