Even the most senior leaders need space to grow. The Leadership Blueprint will help delegates reset, reflect and strengthen the parts of their leadership that they are expected to know, but may not have had space to explore. Delegates will gain tools and insights tailored to the unique challenges faced by membership and non-profit leaders – navigating values-driven missions, limited resources, trustee-led governance, and the accelerating pace of change.
Module 1 - Executive Diagnostic & Road-Map - 20th Jan 26 (complete)
The Leadership Blueprint’s first module sets the agenda for everything that follows by giving delegates a 360° view of their organisation’s most urgent executive level challenges. In ‘café’ style, interactive learning sessions, delegates will explore 5 key areas c-suite leaders need to know about.
1.Culture – Diagnose the current culture, define the desired future state, and set a clear route-map to bridge the gap.
2.Strategic Planning – Convert strategy into a realistic, actionable and communicable plan, then stress-test it for resources, risk and relevance.
3.Leadership – Clarify your leadership brand, develop a personal vision, and ensure it aligns with organisational strategy and values.
4.Strategic Product Development – Apply a disciplined process to design, test and launch products or services that stakeholders genuinely value.
5.Measurement, Insights & Performance – Use a concise scorecard to track data-led decisions, surface succession risks and move the conversation from activity reporting to continuous improvement.
