Berlin Radio Choir & Friends

Starting with the Sing Along projects of the Berlin Radio Choir, the idea of this enriching cooperation between professional and amateur singers became very soon an international highlight.

The outstanding performances of the major works of the choral symphonic literature followed by a growing group of nowadays 1.200 singers are regularly hosted in the major concert halls of Europe.

The highlights of the ON TOUR series so far are the performances at the National Concert Hall in Budapest in 2014, Vienna Konzerthaus in 2016, Philharmonie de Paris in 2018 and Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona 2019.

The next project of the ON TOUR series is Giacomo Puccini’s Messa di Gloria in Milan:
together with Rundfunkchor Berlin and Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana, conducted by Simon Halsey at the spectacular Teatro degli Arcimboldi.

Singer tickets include participation in the concert, in three rehearsals with Simon Halsey and the Berlin Radio Choir (two of them with orchestra) and in a piano rehearsal with Simon Halsey. With the audience ticket you can enjoy the sing-along concert with Simon Halsey, the Rundfunkchor Berlin and the international singers as an audience member.

Rundfunkchor Berlin & Freunde

Der Erfolg der Berliner Mitsingkonzerte führte bald zu regelmäßigen Auslandsprojekten und die bereichernde Kooperation zwischen dem Rundfunkchor Berlin und Amateursänger*innen wurde sehr schnell zu einer Sternstunde internationaler Chorprojekte.

Hervorragende Interpretationen der Hauptwerke chorsinfonischer Literatur werden von einer wachsenden Gruppe von inzwischen 1.200 Mitsängerinnen und Mitsängern aufgeführt und sind regelmäßig zu Gast in führenden Konzerthäusern Europas.

Die Höhepunkte der ON TOUR-Reihe bisher waren die Auftritte im Nationalen Konzertsaal in Budapest 2014, im Konzerthaus Wien 2016, in der Pariser Philharmonie 2018 und im Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona 2019.

Das nächste Projekt der ON TOUR-Reihe wird die Aufführung von Giacomo Puccinis Messa di Gloria in Mailand sein:
gemeinsam mit dem Rundfunkchor Berlin, Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana im spektakulären Teatro degli Arcimboldi unter der Leitung von Simon Halsey.

Die Mitsängerkarten beinhalten die Teilnahme am Konzert, an drei Proben mit Simon Halsey und dem Rundfunkchor Berlin (zwei davon mit Orchester) und an einer Klavierprobe mit Simon Halsey. Mit der Zuhörerkarte können Sie das Mitsingkonzert mit Simon Halsey, dem Rundfunkchor Berlin und den internationalen Sänger*innen als Zuhörer*in genießen.
