Dr. Rahmawati Husein is a former Head of Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) and former member of the Advisory Group of the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF), United Nations. Dr. Rahmawati’s extensive experience in disaster governance, community-based resilience, and global humanitarian coordination will provide valuable insights for an international audience, particularly in connecting local community practices with global humanitarian frameworks.
Professor Emmanuel Luna is a retired Professor form the College of Social Work and Community Development, UNiversity of the Philippines , Diliman , Quezon City, Philippines and President of the Philippine Academic Society for Climate and Disaster Resilience.
