Photography & Media Consent

By attending any event organized by the International Property Awards, you acknowledge and accept that photography and videography may be conducted throughout the event.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing prior to the event, you grant the International Property Awards and its affiliates the unrestricted, royalty-free right to capture, use, reproduce, and publish any photographs or video footage taken during the event that may include your likeness, image, or participation. This content may be used for promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, press coverage, and advertising campaigns.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must inform the event organizers in writing before the event date. We will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests. The International Property Awards will not use any image in a defamatory, misleading, or intentionally harmful manner.
