This will take a form of a workshop that involves practice, analyses and debate. Through experimental and arts-based approaches we expect to engage with the social media content production in a creative and critical way. We propose to develop a practical workshop “Mythology and the digital era”, that goes through the Greek myths of “Narcissus” and “Pandora” and relates them with today’s young peoples portrait images’ production and its online sharing. We will introduce you to the work of #NmP a European collaboration which presents a framework, an educators’ guide, a digital toolkit, an evaluation kit and a set of ten innovative arts-based workshops that explore visual and digital competences, in formal and non-formal learning contexts, with an open and creative approach.

Attending the webinar is free of charge, but booking is necessary. Please register in advance and share it with your fellow art educators.
