Celebrate the vibrant flavours and creativity of Southeast Asia through scent at celebrASIA Festival.

Inspired by the Southeast Asia's culture and beloved drinks, participants will create a personalised candle while exploring Asian-inspired fragrances and latte art aesthetics. Whether you're a matcha lover, coffee enthusiast or Ube (!!!) fan, this beginner-friendly workshop is a chance to get creative and create your own candle.

No prior candle-making experience is required.

During the workshop, participants will:

✨ Learn the fundamentals of fragrance blending

✨ Create a signature scent from a curated fragrance library featuring fresh, floral, woody and Asian-inspired notes, including pandan, lemongrass, yuzu and more

✨ Hand-pour a candle and decorate it with a signature latte-inspired finish, and beautiful toppings

This craft masterclass is part of celebrASIA, London’s largest South East Asian festival, taking place at Battersea Power Station for a third year from 11th – 13^th September. New additions for the 2026 festival include expert panel sessions on fashion, culture, literature and food, as well as comedy sets, cooking classes, a week of film screenings, and more.

• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• We ask you to arrive up to 10 minutes before the advertised start time, as the event will start promptly at that time. Late arrivals will be admitted at our discretion.
• This is a ticketed event only, and all guests will be seated.
• You must bring proof of your ticket with you (digital or print).
• The Battersea Power Station site is big. Please allow 10-15 minutes to walk to the venue from Battersea Power Station tube and longer from Battersea Park or Queenstown Road stations.
• Suitable for adults and kids (12+)
