International Creative Awards Ceremony

Join us at one of Scotland’s ancient castles to celebrate the very best in global creativity and design.

The International Creative Awards Ceremony will open with traditional Scottish music, followed by welcome drinks and canapés. You’ll then enjoy a two-course dinner, accompanied by the presentation of bespoke certificates and handcrafted concrete trophies honouring this year’s winners.

The celebrations will continue into the evening with a traditional Scottish ceilidh – a night of music, dancing, and the chance to celebrate alongside fellow winners, jurors, and members of the global design community.

Student Admission: £95, General Admission: £135

TRANSPORT FROM GLASGOW
Your ticket includes complimentary return transport between Glasgow City Centre and the castle. Buses will depart Glasgow between 12:30 and 13:00, with return services departing the castle between 22:15 and 23:30. If you’d prefer to travel outside of these times, you’re welcome to arrange your own taxi or private transport. We’ll be in touch closer to the event with confirmed departure times and meeting points.

DRESS CODE
The dress code is smart, formal and more! This a special occasion, an international event and cause for celebration so we encourage all forms of national, traditional and celebratory dress.

DRINKS & CASTLE EXPLORATION
A fully stocked bar will be available throughout the day, with additional drinks available for purchase. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore the castle and enjoy its historic surroundings throughout the day.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
You’ll be able to select your preferred meal option when purchasing your ticket. We offer a choice of meat or vegan dishes, and you can let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements during checkout so we can accommodate them.

STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE CASTLE
Want to make a night of it? If you’d like to stay overnight at the castle, please let us know and we’ll be happy to arrange accommodation for you at an additional cost. Guests staying overnight will need to arrange their own transport the following day. Local taxi services are available for onward travel. The castle address is: Rowallan Castle, Kilmaurs, KA3 2LP (around 25 mins from Glasgow City Centre). 

VISA TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
If you require an official invitation letter for your VISA application to attend the event, please get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to assist and arrange this for you.

17:00 — Main course served
17:30 — Dessert served
17:45–19:30 — Awards Ceremony continues
20:00 — Festival Ceilidh begins
22:15 — First buses depart Rowallan Castle for Glasgow
23:30 — Ceilidh concludes and final buses depart Rowallan Castle for Glasgow
