In the case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued. Otherwise, the tickets are non-refundable. Please be mindful of your arrival time. We are only able to hold your confirmed booking for 15 minutes past your reservation unless you notify us in advance. After 15 minutes, we will cancel the reservation.
