Vinyasa Krama Yoga Practice Day

Practice Days with Liz Turner of 'Into Yoga and Nature', to bring together those inspired & enthused about going deeply into yoga, for the simple reason of feeling peace, alongside the more obvious benefits of yoga like relaxation, health and fitness. Vinyasa Krama is a lineage of yoga from Sri T Krishnamacharya (known as the Father of modern yoga), as taught (for over 30 years) to Srivatsa Ramaswami.
Usually attending the whole day is most popular and more of a complete experience but there are half day tickets too, if that suits you better. Mornings 10am-1pm, afternoons 2-5pm.
A mix of philosophy and yoga practice, topics for each date will be on the website.
The practice days are part of trainings in Vinyasa Krama Yoga that other participants are undertaking. They will be receiving assignments/assessments and more in depth mentoring/guidance. But each day can be attended as a standalone practice day and you can sign up here for the dates you would like to attend. If you're interested in the VKY training to gain a qualification, (optionally leading optionally to teacher training), there is more information here plus contact Liz (liz@intoyogaandnature.co.uk) to discuss.
Vinyasa Krama's integrated approach gently energizes the body, focuses the mind, calms the nervous system, promotes physical and emotional health but most crucially it has the aim of mental peace. It is true to yoga’s ancient roots. Do join me to go deeper in your yoga journey or start a new one.
Suitable beginners/experienced (elements to satisfy everyone). A short intro to VKY will be given to any beginners or sent prior to the day.
