• Intention setting : Deep dive into your intention, space to explore and land on the specifics of what you would like to call in, dream big!

• Interactive journey : collaborate me as we explore your inner land space, somatic enquiry combined with breath, crystals, DoTERRA Oils, tuning forks shamanic drum.

• Debrief : Time to integrate and explore any themes that arose, noticing how they relate to the intention and anchoring the shift on a cellared level.
