FAQ's
What's the Parking like?
There is parking at the venue with a large carpark available. For disabled drivers, there are reserved disabled spaces near the venue on a first come first served basis. If you are a hobbyist with disabilities or mobility issues, please make yourself known to a member of staff as we will let you in first. We are easy to spot.
What time does the show open?
The show opening times are 11am - 4.00pm, remember, the overflow parking gates close at 5.30pm.
I have a ticket, what next?
Once you have received your wristband you are free to enter and leave the show as many times as you like, ticket holders generally get in quicker as we will have your tickets scanned and wristbands given in the queue before the door the doors open. Do not take your wristband off unless you are sure you are not coming back in, or you will have to buy a new one.
Is there catering?
There is catering on site though the menu is some what limited so please bear this in mind if you have dietary restrictions, it can also be very busy at peak times.
Cards vs Cash?
Tickets can be bought on the door with either cards or cash if needed. Most traders will accept both, however some smaller traders may only accept cash so it is worth bringing some with you. There are no ATM's on site or near by.
Raffle:
There will be a great many prizes donated by our generous exhibitors, and these will be displayed on the raffle table where you can also buy raffle tickets. The raffle is called at 3pm, you have to be in attendance to choose you prize from the table, we don’t post prizes out.
All money raised goes to this year’s conservation charity. There will also be people walking around selling raffle tickets too.
Bugz4Kidz:
We have our usual very popular Bugz4kids table where children can pick up some free bugs, but we would really appreciate it if you make a small donation to this year’s charity. Later in the day, as the bugs are given away, there will be a colouring station on the same table where children can colour in some spider posters
