2026 Trader Booking Form

Firstly nothing is more important to us than YOU THE TRADER! We are here to organise and promote a great show not just for the public but also our exhibitors. Our team consists of experienced show organisers and veteran exhibitors, so we know exactly what you expect, and all the elements involved in making a show a success.

Our 2025 tour was very successful, and EVERY trader went home happy! With a total of 12,633 visitors across 9 shows, we averaged 1400 visitors per show with our best show topping 2200 visitors.  We offer an unique opportunity to promote your products and services direct face to face with hobbyists in 9 regions of the UK.

 We have targeted marketing strategy for our events which include:

• Several large online retailers have agreed to promote the show via their website and mailing lists directly targeting to 100,000 + Hobbyists by direct email.

• Online sellers and retailers will be distributing endless supplies of Leaflets on the shows behalf.

• Posters and flyers in specialist bricks and mortar exotic pets shops near each venue.

• Blanket coverage of all social media & Youtube either by Invert Shows or via volunteers and youtubers on our behalf. 

We also pleased to announce in 2026 we will be moving the Eastern Show to Gillingham to a 200 table and we will be doubling the size of the Central show by increasing to two halls allowing potentially 300 tables.

PLEASE NOTE TRADER SETUP IS FROM 8.00am - 10.30am and doors open to the public at 11am.
