Mendoza Workshop 2025

IN-VR, Impulsa Mendoza and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX & TSXV) are pleased to announce the Mendoza Finance Prep Workshop, taking place on September 23, 2025, at 15:00 at the Bolsa de Comercio de Mendoza (Sarmiento 199, Mendoza).
The Workshop is a preparatory event for the Mendoza Finance Day & Roadshow in November, providing a unique platform for networking and knowledge-sharing between provincial mining projects, strategic investors, and leading international capital markets actors.
During the session, participants will explore key topics including: institutional perspectives and international positioning of Mendoza, investment opportunities for junior mining companies, the TSX Venture Exchange Capital Pool Company (CPC) Program, standards of disclosure for mineral projects (NI 43-101), investment banking perspectives and capital routes, legal and financial frameworks, and success stories of companies transitioning from CPC to TSX.
It will be an exceptional opportunity to strengthen Mendoza’s position as an emerging hub for investment and financial opportunities in Argentina.
