Across the oil, gas, renewables, power, electricity, and infrastructure sectors, LIBEX will explore new partnerships and opportunities across Libya’s energy value chain, with a special focus on gas. LIBEX reflects Libya’s broader energy ambitions, expanding the conversation beyond hydrocarbons while maintaining a strong focus on gas, to include energy infrastructure, services, technology, emerging energy solutions, expertise, and investment opportunities.
