Dr Nick Pelham
Technical Director - Advisory PhD (civil engineering), BSc (UNSW), Adv Dip of Project Management, Adv Dip of Government (Strategic Procurement), Certified Contract and Procurement Professional (CProcE), Registered Project Director, Fellow- IPMA.

Nick is a consulting executive who works across the lifecycle of asset intensive organisations. Nick is a subject matter expert on project management, governance and risk. He completed a PhD on governance arrangements of mega projects. He is currently a Technical Director for global consulting and engineering firm, TetraTech.  He is a certified practising project director, Fellow of IPMA, and has spent his career working on major capital projects across the lifecycle from inception through to disposal. From 2007-12, Nick worked as a Senior Executive for the Dept. of Treasury & Finance for 4 1/2 years where he was responsible for improving major project delivery, developing economic infrastructure policy, and managing portfolio commercial risk.
