Iraqi Women Art and War (IWAW) is a transformative force for IWAW women in the UK and Iraq, fostering empowerment and creative expression. Established in Oxford in 2018, IWAW has become a haven for over 40 women and their families, engaging in collaborative artistic endeavors through various artistic media. IWAW provides a platform for women affected by conflict to process their experiences and share their narratives.
