We are pleased to announce our annual Christmas by Candlelight concert on 13th December at St. George's Church, London.

There will be performances from the Messiah featuring Laura Aherne – Soprano, Anna-Helena Maclachlan - Mezzo-Soprano, Stephen Walker – Tenor and Fionn Ó hAlmhain – Bass.

Jeremiah Stephenson, one of the Britain and Ireland’s best-known players will accompany on the St George’s superb organ.

Petroc Trelawny, from BBC Radio and TV will be presenting the whole programme in his own inimitable style.

His Excellency, Martin Fraser, Irish Ambassador to the Court of St. James, in what is now an annual tradition, will read a personal piece of Christmastide Irish literature.

To top it all, Dearbhla Molloy and Sorcha Cusack, both so well known from Film and TV fame, will read their chosen pieces which we know will delight the audience. 

This year too we have the pleasure of welcoming the AOI Chorus singing along with our audience some Christmas favourites and of course we will have our usual Carol singing with everyone joining in. Don’t miss this event, it will set you on track to send you home full of festive spirit.

Doors will open at 7pm and the concert will commence at 7.30pm. We will have a wine reception with mince-pies along with a programme for every ticket holder. Book your tickets now - adults £20 and students £5.
