This session will discuss how the AI age is impacting work and life, explaining AI’s potential benefits for business and society, as well as ethical dilemmas and risks. Through a series of practical examples and case studies, it will draw from behavioral sciences and business psychology to equip attendees with evidence-based thinking around AI for HR, leadership, and business, and challenge mainstream assumptions and preconceptions about AI’s impact on society.

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is the Chief Innovation Officer at ManpowerGroup, Professor of Business Psychology at University College London and Columbia University, co-founder of deepersignals.com, and an associate at Harvard’s Entrepreneurial Finance Lab.
