We cordially invite you to the Irish Homeopathic Conference 2027!  

Our theme, Coming Together Again, reflects what we hope will be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, learn from one another and enjoy a weekend of homeopathy, conversation and community.

This exciting weekend brings together renowned homeopathic speakers from Ireland and beyond with a program of talks covering a range of approaches and areas of homeopathic practice!

The conference is designed to give you plenty of time not only to learn, but also to meet and spend time with other homeopaths. We will all be staying together at the hotel, creating an opportunity to continue conversations over meals, in the evenings and throughout the weekend!

We will open our conference with a Soundbath allowing everyone to ground themselves, before we dive into our conference presentations.  Alongside the talks, there will be time to relax and socialise with live music Saturday evening.

Accommodation Friday and Saturday night, meals, conference attendance, wellness programme and entertainment are included as part of the residential packages, with non-residential options also available.

Travel Details to The Lady Gregory Hotel

The Lady Gregory Hotel is just off the M18 in Gort. Gort train station is a 13-minute walk away. Buses connect Gort with Galway and Shannon Airport. Shannon is 30–40 mins by car; Dublin Airport just over 2 hours.

Cancellation, Refunds & Ticket Transfers

14-day cancellation period

There is a 14-day cool down period from the date of your ticket purchase, during which a full refund (minus a €25 administration fee) may be requested.

After the 14-day cancellation period

After this period, tickets are non-refundable in line with consumer rights directive for events that take place on a specific date.

Ticket transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge, provided you inform the organisers of the new attendee’s details via email at info@irishhomeopathy.ie

The transferred ticket will carry the same inclusions and conditions as the original ticket. Where a ticket includes accommodation, meals or other specific inclusions, these will transfer to the new attendee subject to availability and the arrangements made by the organisers.

Transfer deadline

No ticket transfers will be allowed within 14 days of the Conference start date unless expressly agreed in writing by the Irish Society of Homeopaths.

Cancellation by the organisers

If the Conference is cancelled, attendees will be notified promptly and will receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and ticket processors refund requirements.

Postponement

If the Conference is postponed, attendees will be informed of the revised date and any applicable rights and options. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and ticket processors refund requirements.

Force Majeure & Conference Modifications

Events beyond our control

The organisers shall not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver the Conference arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, government restrictions, epidemics, pandemics or other emergencies.

Nothing in this provision limits any statutory rights or remedies available to attendees.

Programme changes

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Conference programme, including speakers, sessions and timings, where necessary. Every effort will be made to notify attendees of significant changes in advance.
