Completing an application/Process

Please note away tickets are not guaranteed. Any transaction undertaken here is a deposit and application only.

Away tickets are strictly available for members only. Each application is reviewed by the Travel Office and retains the right to refuse any initial applications.

The allocation of tickets depends on demand, capacity and other criteria which is decided by Everton on a game by game basis. On completion of this document we will submit this to Everton and after their decision you will be notified if your application was accepted. Please do not make any travel plans until confirmation has been received. This can be up to 3-4 weeks prior to the game.

Should you not be successful a refund will be issued or held on account depending on your preference.

Ensure to select your ticket distribution options (collection/postage) to avoid delays.

We recommend that any travel arrangements made by your party have flexible options factored in as matches are subject to change due to television rescheduling, fixture/cup congestion and national events. The Irish-Toffees cannot accept any responsibility for lost costs incurred due to changes in advertised fixture dates and times. Please see below estimated dates of television selection.

Closing dates & waitlist

All games have a strict closing deadline (please see below) in order for us to get the applications over to Everton timely for processing per their deadlines. Should you wish to get tickets for a game that has passed this deadline there is a wait list option to which you can sign up to. Should any tickets get returned to us due to unforeseen travel issues on our members we will be able to pass these onto you for application. If you do not hear from the Travel Team this means that no tickets have come available. 48 hours prior to kick off, the Travel Team will reach out to the waiting list to confirm no tickets have come available and close the waitlist. Should you still be travelling please let the Travel Team know and we will put you on standby should on the morning of the game anyone pull out due to further unforeseen issues.

Balancing amounts

Any subsequent amounts due that arise post this application due to additional costs or miss-information in the booking are required to be settled within 5 working day of receipt or 48 hours prior to kick off (whichever is earliest) to avoid voiding of tickets.

Returns and selling

Please read the full terms and conditions of ticket purchase when making your application. If anyone in your party cannot travel please return the tickets to the Irish-Toffees so we can appropriately distribute to our waiting list or return to Everton. Any tickets found to be sold or passed on outside of this process will face disciplinary procedures and Everton Football Club view this as "touting" under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 and are pushing for the highest penalties available. Last season far too many Blues were scammed via resale so Everton wish to stamp this out once and for all and ensure we all use the safe and correct platforms.

Fees and T&Cs

Please note there is an additional charge added to your ticket selection in your basket. This transaction charge is calculated based on your selection and covers the cost of renting this sales platform and our card provider fees. The Club subsidises these costs to the maximum extend possible and no profit is earned by the club on these transactions.
