FAQs

1. How do I access Fort Liberty? HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pass Request using online pre-registration (US Citizens only): Click Here **(Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari browser recommended)

DoD personnel can access Fort Liberty at any ACP leading onto Fort Liberty. Due to the Manchester Road closure, traffic may be congested more than normal at the northern ACPs (Manchester Rd, Butner Rd, Randolf Rd and Chicken Rd ACP). Random vehicle checks are conducted at all the ACPs.

Non-DoD attendees (persons who do not possess a valid DoD CAC card or DoD ID Card) may pre-register with Fort Liberty Security Office or via online (Link below) request to obtain a visitor pass. The Fort Liberty Visitor Center is located at the All-American Access Control Point (ACP) and is open 0500 to 2100 daily. If you elect to pick up a Visitors Pass at the All-American ACP, you will need a valid state issued driver's license or ID card.
