Toxicity and Relationships: Detecting and Preventing

Asalamu Alaikum.  The Compassion Connection Committee (The Mental Health Committee of ICC) invites you to attend  a workshop/presentation to discuss what toxic behavior looks like in relationships, what makes one vulnerable to them, and what to do about it. Please bring a notebook and pen to take notes, and show up early so that we can start on time at 11:00 AM and everyone gets the most out of it. There will be a lecture from 11:00 – 11:45 then a break out session/discussion from 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM, with refreshments from 12:30 – Dhuhr at 1 PM.  Registration is free but is required so that we can have an estimate for an appropriate amount of refreshments.
