Emerging Leaders Event: Night at The Phillies!

Are you a Phillies fan? Are you in ISPE DVC? SO ARE WE!! Join our annual tradition of kicking off the Chapter's new programming year with a trip to watch the Phillies as they wrap-up a 3-game series against the Milwaukee Brewers immediately ahead of the start of post-season play. We plan to tailgate prior to the game at Xfinity Live, so it will be a fun night with your ISPE friends.

We pre-purchased 75 tickets to watch our Phillies (currently 2nd in National League East) play the Brewers (currently 1st in National League Central). It's sure to be an outstanding game to watch live and in-person, so make sure to register ASAP to you get your seats. Once we sell out of tickets, registration to buy tickets will close and we will shift to a "Waitlist Option" only - we will accommodate Wait List registrations in the order in which they are received IF we have any tickets open from those who have purchased but have to cancel their attendance.

This event is hosted by the ISPE-DVC Emerging Leaders Committee, and any recent grads (up to 5-years post graduation date) are strongly encouraged to come out and have the chance to mingle with ISPE members while we tailgate and cheer on the Phillies. This event is a great way to make new industry friends and establish valuable connections that you will carry with you throughout your career!

We will meet be having a catered Tailgate Party (with plenty of complimentary food, beer, wine and seltzers) in the Parking Lot near Citizen's Bank Park (General Area will be in Upper Lot N in the N1 area. The exact location will be sent via email to you around 2:00pm ET, so please be sure to check your email before entering the parking area) starting at 3:00 pm and then head over to Citizen's Bank Park at 6:00 pm to enjoy a night of baseball in the park (Game time is 6:05 pm ET; Tickets are for Section 329, along the 3rd baseline). We have a limited number of tickets, so please register early to ensure your spot!

Check-in will open at 3:00 pm at Tailgate Tent location TBD; Complimentary food and drinks will be served from 3:00 - 6:00 pm ET

Printed Tickets will be distributed at the pre-game tailgate. If you are not able to make the pre-game, your tickets will be left for you at the Will Call Office. Final details will be sent in a "final logistics" email which will be sent 1-2 days before the game.

Important Notes Regarding Ticket Purchases

• Only ISPE Members with a valid Membership number should purchase the "ISPE Members" ticket. If you want to bring a guest who is not a current ISPE Member, you must purchase a "Non-Members" ticket for that person.

• Should you need to cancel after signing up for this event, a full refund of your ticket price will be available up until one week prior to the game (end of day, September 17th). As of September 17th, refunds will only be issued if we are able to resell your ticket prior to the start of the game.

IMPORTANT! We will be conducting a voluntary FOOD COLLECTION at this event to help benefit a local shelter, Colonial Neighborhood Council in Conshohocken. Everyone who plans to attend the game is encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item with them to the Happy Hour at 1100 Social (we will collect all items in advance of the game).

Colonial Neighborhood Council is a grass roots non-profit that helps a lot of people in this area. Based in modest headquarters at 107 E. Fourth Ave. in Conshohocken, The CNC is an established lifeline for folks who are down on their luck throughout the Colonial School District. The little nonprofit operates on a shoestring and is almost entirely dependent on volunteer manpower and donations to keep it afloat. Even so, it has still managed to provide food, clothing and financial assistance to countless families in Conshohocken, Plymouth, Whitemarsh and – via its Meals on Wheels program – the surrounding area.
