This conference is in-person only. Our policy is that everyone pays to attend, including presenters and workshop leaders. There are no free tickets.

​Virtual Tickets are available to delegates wishing to present online rather than in-person in Bergen. Virtual presenters will be placed in sessions (Monday or Tuesday only) with other virtual presenters. Such sessions will not include in-person presenters or in-person audience from the conference as this conference does not support hybrid formats. The papers submitted by virtual presenters will be included in the conference proceedings and also considered for journal publication on an equal footing with all conference papers. Virtual presenters will not have access to workshop, keynote or other in-person sessions.

• Virtual Presenter Only Ticket - €350 + VAT*
  Virtual presenters will be placed in sessions (Monday or Tuesday only) with other virtual presenters.

• Sunday Workshops - €100 + VAT*

• Junior Researcher Lab (Sunday) - €20 + VAT*

* Tickets will have 25% Norwegian VAT added to all in-person tickets and, where appropriate, to virtual tickets. Elements of this may be reclaimable by many organisations.
