TICKET TYPES

Given the continued uncertainty surrounding the global pandemic, it is our intention to run the Berlin conference as a virtual event. We will try to add an in-person programme closer to the date depending on developments. All tickets will always be valid for the virtual programme and delegates would be allowed to “upgrade them” for in-person participation should circumstances permit us to meet in Berlin. Rest assured that the conference will be taking place no matter what, so submissions should be made as normal. The deadline for submissions is still 26 February 2021.

Virtual Tickets

• Virtual Delegate Ticket (Supporter rate) - €400 + VAT*
• Virtual Delegate Ticket (Regular rate) - €300 + VAT*
• Sunday Workshop - €20 + VAT*
• Junior Researcher Lab Ticket - €20*

* 20% UK VAT will be added to bookings for virtual tickets from: 1. UK organisations, and 2. bookings from all Private Persons (i.e. you are not coming from a university, company etc that is paying for your attendance). All other virtual bookings will not have VAT added.

If you are booking for multiple delegates with more than one type of promotion code, please book them individually.
