ISTOK Retreat Festival is a wellness retreat and camping festival set in the beautiful countryside at Grendon Lakes, Northamptonshire. It offers a warm, alcohol‑free and drug‑free space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and others, and recharge in nature. Rooted in the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Spirit — the event is designed to guide you through a gentle journey of grounding, cleansing, transformation, expansion, and connection. You’ll enjoy yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, live music, dance, fire circles, talks, workshops, and dedicated activities for children and families, all woven into a peaceful, intentional atmosphere where you can rest, play, and feel at home.
