Everyone has an amaro soulmate — and tonight, we’ll help you find yours. Our library features more than 26 amari, and during this guided tasting you’ll sample four distinct half-ounce pours while learning about the history, flavors, and traditions behind Italy’s beloved digestivi. This experience is not intended to get you tipsy — it’s designed the Italian way: four small pours meant to be savored slowly and traditionally enjoyed to help aid digestion after a meal.

And no need to brace yourself — this isn’t grappa. Many amari recipes date back more than 200 years and were crafted to be a smooth, palate-pleasing finish to a meal while traditionally aiding digestion.
