Experience Individualized Professional Development use the conference workbook as a guide before, during and after the conference.  By downloading and completing the workbook, you will develop an individualized professional development action plan applying what you learn during the conference. 

The Call for Proposals is open. All proposals undergo doubleblind peer review. Programming decisions are made on a rolling basis; the call remains open as long as space allows (anticipate closing the call early in February.

Registration Includes:

• Access to all programming
• Printable conference book
• Printable conference workbook - for use before, during, and after the event. Use this guide to develop an individualized action plan to apply the 
• Online access to session handouts (post-conference)
• Access to mobile conference app (Sched) 21 days before the event
  
• Free WiFi in the conference center
• Select meals

Food & Beverage Included:

• Monday: Afternoon refreshment. opening reception
• Tuesday: Breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon refreshments, and poster reception
• Wednesday: Breakfast

Cancellation Policy

Through April 11th, 2025 we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus an $85 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 11th. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) no later than May 20th.

Accommodations
The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (todd@lillyconferences.com). NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the conference to give us adequate time to secure needed resources or interpreters. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from Todd Zakrajsek acknowledging the request to ensure the emailed request was received.
