The Call for Proposals is open. All proposals undergo blind peer review. Programming decisions are made on a rolling basis; the call remains open as long as space allows (anticipate that the call will close no later than January 15, 2027).

Registration Includes:

• Access to all programming
• Downloadable/printable conference book
• Downloadable/printable conference workbook
• Online access to session handouts (post-conference)
• Access to customizable conference schedule (Sched: app and desktop version) prior to the event
  
• Free WiFi in the conference center

Food & Beverage Included:

• Monday: Afternoon refreshments, opening reception
• Tuesday: Breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon refreshments, and poster reception
• Wednesday: Breakfast, morning coffee

Cancellation Policy

Through April 11th, 2027 we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 11th. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) no later than May 15th.

Accommodations
The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (todd@lillyconferences.com).

NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 10 weeks prior to the start date of the conference to give us adequate time to secure needed resources or interpreters. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from Todd Zakrajsek acknowledging the request to ensure the emailed request was received.
