Cancellation Policy

Through April 29, 2022, we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 29th. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) no later than May 2, or the funds may be applied toward the 2023 Lilly-San Diego conference.
