Cancellation Policy

Through April 29, 2023, we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after April 29th. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) no later than May 20th.  

Accommodations

The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. If you are in need of accommodations that meet the regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact Todd Zakrajsek directly (todd@lillyconferences.com). NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 4 weeks prior to the start date of the conference to give us adequate time to secure needed resources or interpreters. Additionally, a confirmation email must be received from Todd Zakrajsek acknowledging the request to ensure the emailed request was received.
