Cancellation Policy

Through September 9, 2023 we are able to refund registration fees paid, minus an $80 cancellation fee. Due to obligated costs on the part of the conference, we are unable to refund registration fees after that time. In lieu of canceling, another individual may be substituted by notifying the conference registrar (registrar@lillyconferences.com) up to the start of the conference.

The entire conference team desires that all participants have the opportunity to participate in the conference with as few challenges as possible. NOTE: Requests for accommodation must be submitted in writing before registering for the conference and at least 10 weeks prior to the start date of the conference to give us adequate time to secure needed resources or interpreters.
