Slow braised pig cheeks in our local ale served on brioche toast.

Creamed garlic wild mushroom served with dressed mixed leaves and toasted focaccia.

Slow cooked pork medallions in a rich madera sauce, dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Roasted romero pepper stuffed with a moroccan cous cous, served on a tomato and basil sauce, with roasted vine tomatoes and charred asparagus.

Oven baked and herb crumbed monk fish, duchess potatoes. Seasonal greens and parsley velouté.
